Due to strong patient demand and continued community growth, the clinic is expanding and looking to welcome two new physicians into a collaborative and well-supported practice environment. The Opportunity You will join a respected and well-managed family medicine practice serving a diverse and growing patient population. The clinic offers a supportive and collegial working environment where physicians benefit from experienced support staff, streamlined digital systems and a multidisciplinary care model. Due to the demand for family physicians in the local area, incoming doctors will have the opportunity to quickly establish and grow a full patient panel. A walk-in service also operates alongside the family practice, providing additional patient flow and ongoing practice growth opportunities. Walk-in clinic supporting new patient acquisition and practice growth Practice Environment The clinic operates within a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting, supporting collaborative care and professional interaction between healthcare providers. In addition to family physicians, the clinic works alongside specialists including gynaecology and internal medicine, allowing for coordinated care and specialist consultation when required. Physicians are supported by a dedicated administrative team and clinic manager who oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring an efficient and organised practice environment. Modern systems and digital technologies are used to enhance workflow efficiency and improve both physician and patient experience. Candidate Requirements Applicants should: Hold or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
Be interested in practising comprehensive family medicine
Demonstrate a collaborative and patient-centred approach to care Physicians relocating from outside the province or internationally may also be considered, subject to licensing eligibility.
