Unit Manager (Food Services)

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Unit Manager’s (Food Services) we’d ask you to do the following for us:

• Log and maintain food temperatures
• Replenish kitchenette/pantry are with food, beverage, and service items according to standards
• Keep display equipment, pantry/kitchenette area clean and free of debris during at all times
• Thoroughly service area and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasks
• Stock, clean and maintain pantry/kitchenette and equipment
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders
• Receiving guests and deliveries service
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Always follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures
• Receiving packages.
• Providing access to approved vendors/Landlord.
• Greeting those that are here for scheduled test drives.
• Providing very basic information for those wanting more details on our products. Directing them to our website or connecting them with a sales contact on site.

• Must have a car (free parking provided)
• Must be able to work both weekend
• Strong F&B background who could jump in operation and support staff (bussing, dishwashing etc) when needed
• Strong admin skills to work with Compass admin task as well as Air Canada admin tasks
• At least 2 years of related food service management experience.
• A strong motivator, mentor and leader with management skills.
• A detail-oriented individual and a strong team player.
• Outstanding client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
