General Help, Full Time

• Welcomes/greets every customer to provide excellent customer service in keeping with the strict guidelines as outlined by the Compass policies.
• Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner
• Prepares and preps various stir fry/ sprout orders while adhering to Compass standards.
• Follows all Compass policies for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products.
• Keeps station clean and presentable
• Understands how to keep the logs at the station
• Must be able to lift 30lbs
• Dishes, clean up, helps with set up for next day
• Prep for the day or next day
• Helps with inventory and ordering
• Must follow all COMPASS cash handling policies and procedures.
• Must adhere to all COMPASS Policies and Procedures and Health & Safety standards.
• Must follow the COMPASS strict uniform and hygiene policies.
