Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salad Prep team member to prepare fresh salads and serve guests in a friendly, efficient manner. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, appealing service area and delivering excellent customer service. Cross-training for other stations (grill, pizza, cashier) are part of this job responsibility.

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards offerings will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. • Prepare fresh salads and toppings following food safety standards
• Provide customer‑facing service with a welcoming, professional attitude
• Maintain a clean, organized salad bar and prep station
• Ensure accurate portioning and presentation
• Restock ingredients and communicate shortages
• Support overall kitchen and service operations as needed
