Financial Analyst

Compass Canada is establishing an enterprise capability that improves consumer value, supports transaction growth, strengthens profitability, and enables sustainable margin recovery. The functional team will connect Finance, Foodbuy, Culinary, Pricing, Envision, Marketing, and Operations into a coordinated affordability ecosystem.

The Financial Analyst will be the analytical backbone of the COE, responsible for three major pillars:

1. Pricing & Revenue Analytics
2. Cost & Consumer Value Analytics
3. Labour & Productivity Analytics

The role will identify and quantify opportunities to improve transaction growth, affordability, food cost, labour productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability across Compass Canada's business portfolio.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
