Water & Sewer Lead Hand

Job description:

Thompson Construction Group has openings for Water & Sewer Lead Hands in their Edmonton area of operations.

Responsibilities:

• Promote safe and inclusive work environment on crew
• Assist in mentorship and training of crew members
• Assist Foreman in general supervision of crew members
• Work with Foreman to allocate tasks on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications:

• 3 years minimum experience in the Water and Sewer Industry
• Clean Class 5 Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum 18 years of age
