Reporting to the District Manager, the General Manager is a key partner and consultant for our Restaurants. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable fast food dining experience. The General Manager is passionate about providing Guests with the best experience possible. What we expect from you Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including developing your management team

Ability to communicate and make decisions regarding all restaurant needs

Training and coaching team members

Ability to delegate and follow up on junior managers as well as crew

Forecasting, crew schedule

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Great time management skills

Training and coaching team members

Daily and weekly inventory controls

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers.

Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.

Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Proven working experience in a QSR environment in a leadership capacity an asset

Strong leadership, motivational skills and people skills
