As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in supporting dealership operations by coordinating appointments, managing customer communications, and connecting clients with the right members of our team. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will help create a positive experience at every stage of the customer journey.

From scheduling service visits and sales appointments to following up with customers and maintaining accurate records, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced dealership environment where teamwork, communication, and customer satisfaction drive success.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or any channel our customer chooses to interact with
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, helping customers find times that work best for them
• Make calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and share information about available service opportunities
• work closely with dealership teams to ensure customers receive a seamless and positive experience from start to finish
• Stay informed on current promotions, dealership initiatives, and service offerings so you can confidently assist customers

What you'll Bring

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and, Word)
• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to build relations with customers
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Hourly Wage Range: $18.15 - $20.00
