Full-Stack Software Engineer – New Grad 2027

Location: Toronto, Ontario

A venture-backed, fast-growing software company serving industrial and manufacturing R&D teams is forming a new Toronto engineering hub and is hiring the class of 2027. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer you will build the web application scientists use to upload, manage and analyze their experiments, working roughly half front end and half back end on a platform used by large enterprise customers. The team works with modern tooling, including AI-assisted coding. This is an in-person role in Toronto with a 2027 start date.

Must Have Skills:
Graduating in 2027 from the University of Waterloo (Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related program); solid, relevant co-op experience in software development; strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals; experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices; strong interest in building data-analysis-driven user interfaces and experiences.

Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with React and ES6; familiarity with SQL databases, including query performance optimization; experience with Python (Flask) and Postgres; comfort working with AI coding tools.
