About this team
The Security Operations Center (SOC) is responsible for protecting our organization's people, data, and technology by detecting, investigating, and responding to cyber threats. The team operates as a 24/7 function, combining security monitoring, incident response, detection engineering, and threat hunting to identify and contain risks quickly.
Core responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will apply developing to experienced cybersecurity knowledge to support a broad range of security functions across the organization. You will analyze security-related data, assess potential risks, and contribute to governance, risk, compliance, and operational processes. Leveraging established frameworks, tooling, and methodologies, you will investigate issues, support incident triage or analysis, and help drive improvements in controls, processes, and documentation. You will collaborate regularly with cross functional partners—including engineering, compliance, risk, and operations—to identify security trends, contribute to remediation planning, and ensure clear, accurate reporting. In this role, you deepen your analytical, technical, and risk based decision making skills while helping the cybersecurity team deliver both strategic and operational outcomes across multiple domains such as threat analysis, issue/risk management, compliance monitoring, and security operations support.
Select responsibilities include:
- Conduct independent security analysis and assessments, evaluating risks, controls, issues, and security-relevant data across multiple domains
- Lead or contribute to reviews, investigations, or issue analyses coordinating with stakeholders to ensure findings are thoroughly explored, documented, and advanced through remediation
- Synthesize information from multiple sources to identify patterns, gaps, or emerging concerns across risk assessments, compliance evidence, vulnerability data, and operational insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to clarify requirements and ensure aligned and timely responses to identified risks
- Support development of reporting, metrics, and dashboards that improve visibility into cybersecurity posture, risk trends, and program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 4-8 years of security operations, SOC operations, incident response, or security monitoring experience, or equivalent
- Proven experience monitoring security domains using SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and security analytics; demonstrated ability to correlate multiple indicators to identify sophisticated attack campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to independently respond to and investigate security incidents performing forensic analysis, root cause determination, and leading containment activities
- Experience performing threat modeling and analyzing attacker tactics to manage vulnerability assessment and remediation across assigned systems
- Experience using Microsoft Security tooling including: Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender and KQL

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $112,200 - $147,200 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
