You are the final touch before a customer experiences their vehicle for the first time. Compensation

Hourly Wage Range: $18.15 – $20.00

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring every vehicle leaves our dealership in showroom condition and exceeds customer expectations.

What You'll Do

• Perform meticulous cleaning, polishing, waxing, and protection of vehicle exteriors
• Restore and detail vehicle interiors, including leather, upholstery, carpets, trim, and glass
• Apply premium interior and exterior protection products
• Buff and polish vehicles to achieve exceptional presentation standards
• Prepare new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles for delivery
• Inspect vehicles and report any cosmetic imperfections or concerns to management
• Safely organize and park vehicles throughout dealership and delivery areas
• Maintain luxury presentation standards across dealership inventory
• Support the sales and service teams in delivering an exceptional ownership experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

What You Bring

• Previous automotive detailing experience is considered an asset
• Passion for vehicles and pride in producing exceptional work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Desire to work in an environment where customer satisfaction and teamwork are top priorities

Respirator Requirement:
Facial hair may interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face. If accommodation is required, please advise us during the recruitment process.
