An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Calgary office. Providing invaluable work experience in a growing company, this term position will begin in January 2027 for 8 or 12 months.

What You'll Do:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries received through phone, email, and ServiceNow.
    • Respond to questions related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, leaves, and employee programs.
    • Educate employees on HR processes, systems, and self-service tools.
    • Provide support with benefits enrollment, and basic technical troubleshooting.
    • Work with subject matter experts and internal partners to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues when required.
    • Maintain accurate case documentation and employee records.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation updates.
    • Participate in cross-training activities.
    • Safeguard confidential employee information.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service level expectations.
    • Ability and willingness to work statutory holidays on a scheduled rotation to support HR operations and service commitments.
What You'll Bring:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, majoring in Human Resources or related program with a graduation date of August 2027 or later.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365; SAP, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow considered an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
