Your Career as an Accelerate Analyst
The Accelerate program provides new graduates with a robust start, featuring rotational assignments and opportunities for personal and professional growth. In this dynamic, client-centered environment, you'll be immersed in Agriculture, where you'll face engaging challenges and gain invaluable experience to grow into a skilled Agricultural Commercial Banker. Over 12 months, you'll have coach-supported experiences to learn, practice, and apply key skills, plus access to workshops and hands-on learning that will quickly advance your development.

Initiate, cultivate, and sustain productive relationships with commercial partners to effectively support team strategies and objectives.
Develop and uphold a strong internal and external profile to uncover new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within a client portfolio.
Perform thorough analyses, structure deals, adjudicate credit, and deliver compelling presentations of complex credit proposals for both borrowing and non-borrowing clients.
Utilize advanced techniques and tools to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in bank lending policies, financial analysis, risk assessment, collateral and security documentation, collection strategies, relevant legislation, and accounting practices.
Apply in-depth knowledge of the bank's operating policies and integrate the organization's risk appetite and risk culture into daily decisions and activities.

Key Requirements:
You are enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
You possess strong financial literacy, including the ability to interpret financial statements and understand credit fundamentals, client needs, and agriculture banking solutions.

Mobility Expectations
The Accelerate program is designed to develop top Commercial Bankers nationwide. While we aim to accommodate post-program placement preferences, all participants must be willing to relocate within their designated region if needed. Upon successful completion, placement will depend on business needs, ensuring participants are ready to contribute wherever required.
