We're looking for our next Relationship Manager, Online FX & CFDs. Could It Be You?
The Relationship Manager is a pivotal member of the Online FX & CFDs Team. The primary responsibility of the Relationship Manager will be to foster deep relationships with your book of clients in order to understand and address the unique challenges they face with investing in FX and CFDs. In doing so, the Relationship Manager will set the standard for a great customer experience within the investment industry.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interact with clients via inbound call, chat and email interaction
Conduct outbound calling campaigns that target your specific book of clients, to increase total client assets and trading within your book of accounts
Actively monitor your clients for low engagement and proactively re-engage clients directly to deepen the relationship and successful retention.
Continuously, provide a high-level customer service experience by adding value to each interaction.
Engage your clients and colleagues with honesty, transparency, integrity, and professionalism in every interaction.
Work independently, and proactively to surpass stretch targets.
Strong ability to process, understand and apply a high volume of key economic, financial, and real-time market information with the capability to simplify and articulate the information that is relevant to the needs of your clients.
Pursue with drive and focus your Canadian Securities Courses and registration.
Take pride in your career and in making a positive impact for your clients and colleagues.
Build your brand as a trusted, knowledgeable, registrant that is a client advocate within the financial industry.
Become an expert in trading, and securities regulations
Keep current on Questrade's policies and procedures

Have relevant sales experience or training
Hold a post-secondary degree/diploma in business or finance
Possess basic knowledge of forex, futures, CFDs, and other derivatives
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Maintain good working knowledge and experience in Excel, SQL, and database management
Bring 1+ years of financial industry experience
Have 1+ years of client service experience

It is a fundamental condition of your employment with Questrade that you have, or successfully complete the following courses and obtain the following accreditation(s) within twelve (12) months of your Employment Effective Date:
Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
30-Day Training Program
Futures Licensing Course (FLC)
Derivatives Fundamentals Course (DFC) OR Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
Compensation Information:
Base salary range: $50,000 - $55,000
The final compensation package will be commensurate with the successful candidate's experience, skills, and geographic location (Canada). It includes a comprehensive benefits plan and a competitive incentive (bonus) program for Full-Time Permanent roles.
