Total Compensation: $39,500 - $66,600

Responsibilities
  • Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for PepsiCo Beverage visitors and contractors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.
  • Manage accounts payable and maintain accurate records, contributing to financial efficiency.
  • Handle export and transport paperwork, as well as bills of lading, ensuring smooth logistical processes.
  • Contribute to the inventory process, maintaining an organized and efficient system.
  • Assist the management team with general administrative tasks, including running reports, copying, filing, and faxing.
  • Maintain and order office supplies to keep the workplace well-equipped.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sr. Plant Manager, showcasing versatility and commitment.
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of an administrative/office management program or a University degree, preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Knowledge of different SAP systems would be considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task is essentialMust demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan, prioritize and execute
  • Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
