We are currently hiring a Part-time Receptionist for Steele Mazda. Our receptionist is the friendly face and helpful voice that make the first impression count. You will greet clients, support our team, and keep the dealership running smoothly with your strong administrative skills. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a high‑energy environment, this is the perfect role to build your career in the automotive industry.

Wage range: $17.20/hr- $18.90/hr

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

How You Make Every Visit Better:

• Welcome and assist clients with a positive, professional approach
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
• Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and preparing documents
• Assist with other administrative support tasks as needed
• Support daily financial tasks, including posting cash and preparing bank deposits
