Global Finance Shared Services supports lululemon's global Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash operations. We partner across regions and functions to deliver reliable, efficient, and well-controlled finance services that support our employees, suppliers, and customers. By combining global process expertise with data, technology, and continuous improvement, the team simplifies how work gets done, strengthens operational performance and controls, and provides leaders with clear insights to support decision-making.
core responsibilities
The Senior Analyst, Global Finance Shared Services turns complex operational data and business requirements into trusted insights, clear recommendations, and scalable reporting solutions. Reporting to the Director, Global Finance Shared Services, this role owns and advances reporting and analytics across global Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash operations and serves as a key connection between finance stakeholders and technical partners.
• Own, develop, and continuously improve the Global Finance Shared Services reporting portfolio, including Power BI dashboards and recurring operational reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, map processes, and translate requirements into clear reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Establish and monitor meaningful operational KPIs that provide visibility into service, productivity, quality, controls, and process performance.
• Validate, reconcile, and govern data from multiple sources to ensure reporting is accurate, complete, consistent, and trusted.
• Develop automated solutions using Power Automate and other available technologies to reduce manual reporting and improve the timeliness of information.
• Coordinate the testing, documentation, implementation, and adoption of new reports and enhancements, including supporting users and resolving reporting issues.
• Analyze global Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations, presentations, and data-driven stories that enable leaders to make informed decisions.
qualifications
• Three or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, financial or operational reporting, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, Power Query, report development, and visualization design.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated experience using SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Experience developing workflow or reporting automations using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into practical analytical solutions and clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with complex financial or operational datasets and performing data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience with business-analysis practices, including process mapping, requirements documentation, solution design, and user-acceptance testing, is preferred.
• Experience with finance shared services, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, accounts payable, or accounts receivable data is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Coupa, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Infor Nexus is an asset.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $88,200 - $115,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
