In partnership with the City of Toronto, Securitas Canada is hosting a hiring event for 100 Event Security Guards for the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) 2026. We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to help create a safe and welcoming environment for attendees, guests, exhibitors, and staff.

Interviews will be conducted on-site, and qualified candidates may be hired on the spot.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe environment
• Surveillance duties.
• Use highly specialized equipment.
• Work alongside an experienced security team at one of Canada's premier events

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Previous security or customer service experience is an asset

• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Canadian Work Permit or Study Permit (If Applicable)
