Site supervisor - $22.28

Securitas Canada is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a client site while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Security Guards during assigned shifts.
• Perform Security Guard duties in accordance with site procedures and company policies.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and emergency systems.
• Manage access control and badge programming.
• Conduct patrols and contractor escorts as required.
• Complete digital scheduling, reports, and payroll documentation using WFM and other software.
• Ensure post orders are followed and respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Liaise with client representatives and escalate issues to Operations or the District Manager when required.
• Provide after-hours operational support during emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the security industry.
• Eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance (Canadian).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, CCTV, access control systems, and digital scheduling/reporting software.
• Reliable, professional, organized, and able to work independently.
