• Act as a subject matter expert on Bombardier's fixed assets accounting policies
• Partner with the shared services team to manage and oversee capitalizable projects
• Enhance and maintain fixed asset accounting processes in compliance with applicable standards
• Support governance activities to ensure accuracy and quality of financial reporting
• Contribute to key financial deliverables (account analyses, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries)
• Support quarterly financial reporting and collaborate with Finance teams and external auditors
• Participate in team initiatives and provide support on ad hoc requests

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting and are a CPA designation holder or in the process of obtaining it
• You have more than five (5) years of relevant experience
• You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience in fixed asset accounting is considered an asset
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is considered an asset
• You possess strong analytical skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and demonstrate initiative, commitment and perseverance
• You can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• You are bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
