Your job
- Optimize and develop cross-sector monitoring and reporting processes
- Design and maintain data management and visualisation tools to support decision-making
- Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of the data used in the various deliverables
- Coordinate cross-sector activities by mobilising several stakeholders and meeting deadlines
- Structure and document processes to ensure their sustainability and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose concrete solutions, including automation and artificial intelligence

Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience or a related master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in continuous improvement of processes and coordinating cross-sector initiatives
- Experience in data management and producing organisational reports
- Proficiency in collaboration and monitoring tools (e.g., project management platforms, data tools)
- Experience with data visualisation tools
- Knowledge of the banking or technology sector (asset)
Languages: English, French Reason to require this language: you will need to collaborate with a regulator/authority/government body outside Quebec. Skills
