- Stable part-time position with the following schedule: Saturdays from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM and Sundays from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities for Corporate Security Guard
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises, with a particular focus on start-of-shift and end-of-shift inspections.
- Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to irregularities or security incidents.
- Provide concierge services, including access control, assisting tenants, and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure all access points, including doors, windows, gates, and skylights, are secure.
- Identify and report hazards, such as leaks, faulty lighting, or other unsafe conditions.
- Inspect vehicles, parcels, and waste removal activities in accordance with site procedures and post orders.
- Complete detailed incident and activity reports and communicate effectively with relief officers and clients.
Qualifications for Corporate Security Guard
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- Valid BC Security License.
- First Aid certification (an asset).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer and phone proficiency.
- Previous security or concierge experience preferred.
- Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and use sound judgment under pressure.
- Physically capable of conducting patrols in all weather conditions.
