This position reports to the Senior Director, Industrial Nitrogen.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts with Industrial Nitrogen as the focus, but also exposure to Feed, Purified Phosphate, DEF and Industrial Potash accounts to achieve sales and profitability objectives
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets and territories
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and recommend solutions that deliver value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and business development initiatives
  • Continuously develop commercial, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, marketing or related field required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, product management, customer experience, or a related field
  • Developed customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives with analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Awareness of industry standards related to handling, storage and use of fertilizer products
  • Motivated self-starter with a results and solution orientation mindset
  • Ability to sustain a professional growth strategy while working independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office components Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of internal operating systems (SAP, MSS, HANA) to extract data into valuable/reliable reports
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of market/field
