The Data Administrator, HR Support is responsible for processing high-volume HR transactions and maintaining accurate employee data across multiple systems. This role supports payroll accuracy, employee lifecycle transactions, reporting, and data integrity while providing excellent service to employees, leaders, and HR partners.
What You'll Do:- Process high-volume HR transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Enter, update, and maintain employee information across HR systems.
- Complete employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct audits and resolve data discrepancies impacting HR processes and payroll.
- Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation.
- Partner with HR teams and SMEs to resolve data-related issues.
- Utilize ServiceNow to manage workload and ensure high-quality case management.
- Support reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Protect confidential employee information and maintain data integrity.
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of HR administration, data administration, payroll, or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience working with HR systems and large volumes of data.
- Microsoft 365 proficiency; SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and SharePoint experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Canadian and/or U.S. HR and payroll practices is an asset.
- Strong customer service and collaboration skills.
