As a collective team, we develop and deliver enterprise leadership strategies – lead the execution and advancement of RBC's talent practices and deliver executive development and enterprise leadership development programs.
As Senior Manager, Executive Development, you will design, execute, and champion transformational executive development programs that drive tangible business outcomes through the enablement of leaders. - Create clear, compelling executive narratives that translate program value into business language – securing approval and stakeholder alignment at all levels
- Develop solutions that are aligned to RBC's leadership strategy, focusing on employee experience, human-centred design and senior leadership development.
- Collaborate with HR partners to refine RBC's talent development principles and build a future-focused strategy to accelerate and sustain leadership growth and effectiveness.
- Measure the impact and ROI of leadership initiatives through data analysis to develop insights that drive decision-making and inform future program design.
- Stay attuned to emerging executive development needs and market trends, identifying opportunities to enhance and innovate program delivery

Must Have:
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale executive development programs in complex, matrixed organizations
- Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building skills (written and oral) with the ability to translate program strategy, outcomes, and ROI into compelling one-pagers and executive presentations
- Strong program and project management expertise with a track record of executing multi-faceted initiatives to completion
- Comfort moving fluidly between strategic visioning and tactical execution; thrives in ambiguous environments
- HR and business acumen, including experience in executive leadership development, talent management, and program design
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence with executive-level stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with ability to extract insights and build evidence-based program narratives
Nice to Have:
- MBA or graduate / post-graduate or professional designations or equivalent
- Consulting experience with a focus on human capital projects/clients
- Experience influencing and collaborating with executive-level stakeholders
