GardaWorld Security Services is seeking an organized and motivated Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of client accounts in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is a temporary full-time position through December 2026, with the potential to become a permanent role based on business needs and performance. Working closely with the Account Manager, you will help ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain strong client relationships, support staffing initiatives, and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across multiple client sites and accounts.
- Coordinate staffing requirements, employee placements, transfers, and site coverage.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while responding to inquiries and service concerns.
- Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure operational compliance through accurate documentation, reporting, and site file management.
- Monitor training, licensing, and other contractual requirements for assigned sites.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Scheduling, Human Resources, Payroll, and Operations teams.
- Support employee engagement, recognition programs, and career development initiatives.
- Conduct site visits and assist with account start-ups, transitions, and special projects.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in security operations, supervision, coordination, or a related field.
- Security industry experience is considered an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Business, Security Management, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and business systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Full class 5 drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to and from sites
