At Klue, We're Building the Future of Competitive Intelligence
The Digital Graphic Designer plays a key role in keeping our Brand & Design team, and Klue, moving fast and looking sharp. Our goal is to produce visually compelling, on-brand assets that bring our ads, social posts, podcasts, articles, and slide decks to life. This role helps make that happen.
You'll work closely with our Brand team, integrating feedback from our Content team and other stakeholders to turn requirements into polished, ready-to-ship design. Your work will span podcast cover art, article feature images, infographics, banners, and other promotional materials. You'll lean on existing templates and brand systems for structure, while also creating new designs and templates that keep our visual identity consistent and our workflow efficient. You'll work with our AI tools and workflows to generate artwork and animations, and iterate on layouts,
This is a role for someone who's craft-driven, brand-minded, fast at iteration, and proactive. You'll balance execution with creativity, jumping in where help is needed while building harmony across our existing artwork and aesthetic.
What's In It for You?
This is a hands-on contract role with real impact on how Klue shows up in the world. You'll build a strong body of branded work, sharpen your speed and range across formats, and help shape the visual language behind our brands. There's opportunity to grow with the Brand team, with the potential to evolve into a full time position, and contribute to the core Klue brand over time.
What You'll Do
Bring briefs to life. Work with stakeholders to implement specifications, direction, and feedback into finished assets.
Design across formats. Create graphic assets for articles, resources, banners, PDFs, podcast cover art, infographics, and promotional materials.
Keep the brand cohesive. Work with existing artwork to create engaging compositions and harmony in style that reinforce our brand structure and aesthetic.
Build for efficiency. Use existing templates for a streamlined workflow and create new templates that scale.
Communicate clearly. Keep projects moving with clear, diligent communication via Slack and email, and join daily check-ins and ad hoc meetings.
Work AI-first. Use AI design tools to create graphics, explore variations, accelerate production, and elevate output, then fold the best results back into on-brand work.
Grow together. Build your own skillset and contribute to the growth of others.
What Success Looks Like
You'll know you're thriving when:
Assets ship on time, on brand, and need minimal revision cycles.
Stakeholders across Brand and Content can rely on a consistent, recognizable visual style.
New templates make the team's workflow measurably faster.
Your work elevates the quality bar of everything Klue puts in front of its audience.

Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Indesign.
Comfort working from existing brand systems and templates.
Clear, proactive communication that keeps distributed teams aligned over Slack and email.
Self-direction: you manage your own time, tools, and workflow as an independent contractor.

Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Claude Design and similar) to generate, refine, and improve graphics.
