Full-Time Posting date 05-Jun-2026 Area(s) of interest: Operations, Administrative support and coordination Location(s): Toronto A career as an Executive Assistant within the Commercial & Private Banking team involves providing high-level support to the Vice-President & Head of Ontario, through the coordination of complex administrative activities. In this role, you'll play a key role in contributing to strong alignment, collaboration, and execution across team.
Your role

  • Proactively manage and optimize a complex executive calendar, aligning priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support leadership meetings and committees, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Provide email management support, anticipating needs and ensuring effective prioritization
  • Coordinate business travel and key logistics, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Manage and validate expense reports, approvals, and administrative processes with accuracy and rigor
  • Act as a key liaison between the Vice-President and internal/external partners, fostering strong collaboration
  • Support the planning and execution of major events, client activities, and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate onboarding, departures, and internal requests (IT access, tools, reporting), while handling confidential information with discretion.

Prerequisites

  • Completed post-secondary education and 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
  • Ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity priorities with autonomy
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Strong sense of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
