As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Coordinate training programs to ensure staff are knowledgable in policies, procedures and emergency response protocols
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties

Qualifications for Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security and team management
• First aid certification
• Hold a valid security license
