Partnering closely with the Service Manager, you will own the workflow, fine-tune scheduling, and keep operations running at full throttle. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and takes pride in building a shop that delivers top-tier results every single day.

Compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the shop floor by supervising technicians and coordinating daily operations to keep work moving efficiently and on schedule
• Assign and prioritize work to ensure quality repairs and on-time completion
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting safety and best practices
• Monitor workmanship, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement Oversee shop workflow, equipment, and maintenance to maintain a safe and organized workplace
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, planning, and performance, providing hands-on support when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of Heavy Duty Technician experience, including leadership experience
• Skilled in gas and diesel truck and equipment diagnostics and repair
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, DMS systems, and technology-based tools
