A career as Senior risk Manager in the Enterprise risk Management team at National Bank means acting as a strategic leader in crisis simulation and scenario analysis. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your expertise in risk management, analysis and project management.

Your job

•Pilot crisis simulation exercises across the Bank, including stress tests and scenario analyses
•Oversee the continuous improvement of programs and tools related to non-financial risks
•Coordinate complex simulations involving several stakeholders and ensure compliance with deadlines
•Represent the Bank with regulatory bodies and external bodies
•Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to senior management and governance committees
•Influence and challenge internal partners to ensure the quality, rigour and relevance of results

The Senior Vice-President – Integrated risk Management is a team of specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay on top of practises and continuously improve processes.

You are part of a multidisciplinary team in the Integrated risk Management sector and report to a senior manager. Our team stands out for its expertise in crisis simulation, its spirit of collaboration and its key role in integrating analyses into strategic decisions. Prerequisites

•A bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of relevant experience in risk management or a related field
•Experience in project management and financial or non-financial risk management
•Solid knowledge of the banking sector and the regulatory environment
•ability to manage complex and multidimensional initiatives

Languages: English, French Reason to require this language: you will need to collaborate with a regulator/authority/government body outside Quebec. Skills
