Wage Range: $35-$40 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Red Seal Technician at ECI Bridgewater, you will be:

• Performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of fleet vehicles
  • Ensuring every repair is done right the first time, with safety and quality top of mind
  • Keeping detailed records of work completed and communicating clearly with the service team
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
  • Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive, collaborative shop culture

• Red Seal Certification in Automotive Service
  • A strong understanding of diagnostics and modern repair processes
  • The ability to manage your time effectively in a flat-rate environment
  • Team-first mentality and a commitment to customer satisfaction
