Job Description
TD Securities is seeking a Change Delivery Lead to drive the execution of complex, high-impact initiatives across Global Alternative Solutions and broader TDS platforms. Initial assignment will focus on a high-visibility foundational project for Calypso Derivatives Upgrade, with the opportunity to expand into various Alternative Solutions business initiatives over time.
This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery ownership, leading cross-functional teams across Business, Technology, Operations, and external partners to successfully execute strategic priorities. The candidate will operate as a delivery lead, partnering with stakeholders to shape solutions, manage execution, and ensure outcomes align to business objectives.
Job Accountabilities
Own end-to-end delivery of project workstreams, including scope definition, execution, and implementation across business and technology teams.
Serve as a primary lead for complex deliverables, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving accountability for outcome.
Track implementation and resolve roadblocks to ensure efficient delivery.Communicate critical information on project status, proactively identify risks and dependencies, track and resolve issues.
Manage stakeholders' expectations and review priorities on a periodic basis.
Have the domain knowledge to negotiate and influence stakeholders to deliver in the most efficient manner.
Energize and inspire others and implement new ideas and methods, championing transformational change.
Job Requirements
Has extensive experience in Global Capital Markets with concentration on Fixed Income and Derivatives. Has excellent product knowledge and has been exposed to multiple functions/areas.
In depth knowledge of industry, regulatory and compliance spaces to manage the Operational, Regulatory, Financial and Reputational risks.
Proven record of project management success, preferably in Capital Markets, in a large, complex organization.
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and handle multiple deliverables at the same time.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate delivery risk.
Strong working knowledge of delivery methodology and collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence and using Agile approaches.
Flexible and able to quickly adapt to unfamiliar, ambiguous or changing conditions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple concurrent initiatives.
Specific Education Requirements
University degree or equivalent
PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or CSP designation preferred
CFA or FRM designation an asset
