Job Description
What is the opportunity?
In this role, you will be responsible for the data entry of various changes to the monthly benefit payroll processing center. In addition, you will be responsible for any changes received directly from plan sponsors or from their underlying pensioners.
What will you do?
Review client requests for completeness. Communicate with Client Representative for any discrepancies, clarification or incomplete requests.
Maintain transaction documentation and workflow records for audit purposes.
Data entry of transaction details into RBC systems.
Meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
Organize and prioritize work to meet deliverables and ensure that information is updated in the system prior to monthly payroll cycle.
Perform through checks on work completed to avoid errors.
Monthly distribution of client reports generated confirming details around payments issued.
Responsible for communicating and providing direction to appropriate areas as it relates to funding requirements to cover different transactions being processed
Adhere to established policies and procedures including escalation of issues.
Ensure daily productivity statistics are accurate and current.
May handle more complex transactions or files.
Lead or assist with Issue investigation and resolution.
Supporting the training of new hires.
Develop or maintain desk operating procedures.
Contribute towards improving employee engagement and promoting collaboration
Participate in projects as required.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
1-3 years of relevant work experience
French/English bilingualism is a requirement
Experience in the financial industry
Concern for order and quality
Superior communication skills
Knowledge of Pensions/ Benefit Payment System and Operations
Superior keyboarding skills

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$55,000.00 - $90,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
