What You'll Do:- Maintain compliance with Corporate Structural Integrity Guidance Documents
- Ability to perform analysis and design as per Canadian and US Codes & Standards Ensure new structural designs and installations meet codes & standards, Nutrien Specifications, applicable laws and regulations
- Familiarity with design standards, construction practices, and safety regulatory compliance·
- Responsible for maintenance of the Asset Integrity Management system documentation and Asset database
- Plan, Schedule or conduct asset inspections, review and report findings
- Design engineered repairs in a brownfield environment
- Provide field support to Maintenance, Operations and Capital Projects
- Provide oversight and support Capital Projects as Nutrien stakeholder and civil/structural SPOC
- Write technical scope of works and create work packages
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation
- Intermediate level with 5 to 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering and design, preferably at a potash site or in an industrial setting
- Strong safety commitment and safety leadership· Ability to effectively communicate, written and oral, with a variety of stakeholders - internal and external· Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills· Detail oriented with the ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, Computer Aided Structural Analysis & Design software's such as Staad Pro or SAP2000 (or similar software) is required· Experience with 3D
- Modeling and Design Software's is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of Navisworks (or similar 3D BIM collaboration software)
