Overview

AtkinsRealis is looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector for Manufacturing and Field Services. If you have minimum 1‑2 years' experience working in a production environment then we are waiting to hear back from you.

Your role
  • Ensure that receiving material is manufactured to Candu Energy approved drawings, specifications, procedures and Inspection Test Plans and Purchase Orders.
  • Review and approve Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Route Sheet, other documents as applicable such as engineering plan, etc.
  • Perform on site and field verifications and witness activities as required by the inspection and testing documents.
  • Verify that all required inspection activities are complete and the results are acceptable.
  • Review History Docket/ File and documentation package.
  • Review and verify MTR and CMTR as per code requirements.
  • Perform detailed review of purchase order, referenced codes and standards, technical specifications and quality requirements of product being supplied, prior to shipping the hardware to customer.
  • Perform in‑process and final source surveillance activities by detailed review of supplier's product and inspection results (including NDE reports), to ensure that product meeting customer, and codes and standards requirements prior to shipment of the product..
  • Ensure packaging and shipping instructions comply with customer requirements.
  • Provide input in resolving product acceptance problems through evaluation of codes and standards and specifications and recommend solutions as part of dispositioning supplier non‑conformance (i.e., NCR, DDR, CAS).
  • Review dimensional inspection reports and metrology measurement on Candu manufactured parts in accordance with drawings and specifications.
  • Review proposals and provide feedback.
  • Review and approve requisitions.
  • Provide support to QCI team.
  • Provide QA support to internal and external clients.
  • Provide QA support during internal and external audits.

About you
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years' experience working as Quality Control Inspector in a production environment performing receiving Inspection and in process and final inspections, then we are waiting to hear back from you.

  • Working knowledge of design drafting (i.e., be able to read and understand design drawings/blueprint and technical documents).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Acrobat/PDF and Excel.

  • Must be able to work at various work locations in both field and office (possible to international locations).

  • Must be able to work in rotating shifts including nights.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
