This position is 4/5/5/4 rotational shifts, 12 hour shifts, and is located in Vanscoy.

What You'll Do:
  • Engage in a detailed mine operations training program emphasizing personal and team safety
  • Learn and become certified to operate mobile/mining equipment and oversee automated equipment
  • Perform operational tasks, including manual lifting and shoveling
  • Work within small teams to safely achieve objectives for the shift
  • Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to continuously improve safety and operational efficiency
What You'll Bring:
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Core values of Safety and Integrity
  • Previous heavy equipment operation experience (e.g. tractors, combines, skid steers, forklifts, telehandlers, scoops, etc.) would be a strong asset
  • Commitment to treat everyone with dignity and respect
  • Ability to work shift work (days and nights)
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of operations
