• Support Inside Sales by answering crop and product questions, promoting our products and providing exemplary Customer Service
• Process Customer orders and payments using a computerized system
• Assist with managing inventory, ordering products, and forecasting inventory
• Customer order fulfillment, picking and preparing orders for shipment, and operating a forklift to move pallets onto trucks
• Maintaining warehouse safety/standards
• General Administrative and other duties as required

• Formal post -secondary education in agriculture, horticulture, landscape or turf management would be an asset
• Knowledge and experience in handling chemicals and pesticides, and/or knowledge of the agricultural/horticulture industry and associated products is required
• Demonstrated commitment to Safety, strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and ability to work as a team player
• Excellent communication and computer skills are required 
• Willing to obtain a pesticide dispenser certificate
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime
• Valid Canadian driver's license

The salary range for this role, in BC Delta Sales Office & Warehouse (AAT) location, is between $51,200 - 95,100. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
