TouchBistro is looking for an Account Executive to join our high-performing Sales team in Toronto.
In this role, you'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to demos and closing. You'll connect with restaurant owners across North America, helping them improve operations and grow their business using TouchBistro's iPad-based point of sale platform.
This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role where you'll work alongside a driven and collaborative team that values effort, results, and continuous growth.
Your Impact
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound and inbound efforts
- Deliver clear, engaging demos that highlight the value of TouchBistro
- Use Salesforce to organize activities, forecast deals, and consistently hit sales targets
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer experience
What You Bring
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience including prospecting and closing
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Genuine interest in sales, technology, and the restaurant industry
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
