Restaurants Hosts at Cineplex locations are an integral part of the teams committed to providing an exceptional experience to every guest. Their responsibilities include welcoming guests upon arrival, seating them at a table, and managing reservations. They must also ensure a warm and positive first impression, often by handling phone calls for reservations and assisting in coordination between the service and kitchen teams. Presentation, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and recording guest reservations and assigning tables.
- Greeting guests at the entrance of the dining room, restaurant, or lounge and escorting them to tables or other seating areas.
- Staying familiar with the composition of all menu items.
- Speaking with guests to ensure their satisfaction with food and service and addressing any complaints.
- Accepting guest payments for food, beverages, and games as needed.
- Cleaning designated areas as per downtime procedures, morning/evening routines, and hygiene requirements.
Qualifications
