Job Description: The Community Program Builder works collaboratively with diverse and marginalized community members and organizations to facilitate eventual transition from program supports to self empowerment, independence and community connections.

Experience

• Twelve (12) months previous life skills/experience or experience working with family services or social services (ex: culture/recreation, service clubs, inner city/community or school programs)

Education

• Grade 12

• Basic - Communication skills

Knowledge and Abilities

• A valid driver's license and licensed/registered vehicle is required.
• Ability to work in a group setting
• Knowledge of poverty issues
