This is an opportunity to broaden your consulting experience, collaborate with technical specialists, and contribute to projects that create lasting value for clients, communities, and the environment.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate environmental project activities, priorities, schedules, deliverables, and documentation to support efficient project execution.
  • Support environmental assessments, planning studies, permitting processes, regulatory applications, and related submissions.
  • Prepare clear technical reports, permit submissions, regulatory materials, meeting records, and project correspondence.
  • Track project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, schedules, progress, and other performance information.
  • Collaborate with clients, regulators, Indigenous communities, technical specialists, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Maintain organized project records and apply document management, quality, and project administration processes.
  • Contribute environmental and regulatory insight to infrastructure, energy, mining, transportation, land development, and other projects.
  • Grow your environmental consulting and project management capabilities through varied assignments, mentorship, and collaboration.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Planning, Natural Resource Management, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in environmental consulting, environmental planning, permitting, regulatory affairs, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of environmental assessment, permitting, and regulatory processes within one or more Canadian jurisdictions.
  • Experience preparing technical reports, regulatory applications, permit submissions, or other project documentation.
  • Experience supporting project budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, invoicing, progress tracking, or project financial administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with clients, regulators, Indigenous communities, and project teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally for project and client needs. Experience with project management systems or progress toward a CAPM, Project Management Certificate, Environmental Professional designation, or similar credential would be an asset.
