Job Description: The Administrative Assistant works with the Manager SHCC and Manager Strategic Initiatives in the allocation and management of day to day administrative activities within the portfolio. In addition, the Administrative Assistant provides support to the Long Term Care (LTC) Behavioural Management Team. The Administrative Assistant communicates and liaises with 30 Long Term Care sites, each with their own unique reporting structures, work culture and diverse administrative structures.

Experience

  • Experience working with collective agreements
  • Several years' experience in an administraive role

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Administrative Assistant diploma
  • Management degree/diploma
  • Management certificate
  • Administrative Assistant certificate

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
