- General manufacturing Tasks
- Monitor and inspect quality of material produced
- Pack items for shipping and distribution
- Trimming and sanding plastic or fiberglass parts
- Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines
- Read blueprint, schemas and drawings
- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- Pack and unpack goods
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
- Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
- Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools Measuring tools
