About the Job

As an Event Planner, you will play a crucial role in promoting and coordinating our conference and meeting services, as well as special events. Your attention to detail and ability to manage logistics will ensure that every event runs smoothly and exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote conference and meeting services or special events.
• Coordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities, attending to all related details.
• Oversee set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other details for special events.
• Set up and monitor, or arrange for the setting up and monitoring of multi-media equipment.
• Plan schedules, goals, and objectives for events.
• Research and design special events programs.
• Plan for social events and guest programs.
• Manage event logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
