Front of House Team Member - Full Time, Long-Term (4280 Innes Rd)

Chick-fil-A Orleans – Innes Rd. is looking for our next great Front of House (FOH) Team Members!

As a FOH Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. You’ll greet and serve guests, take and prepare orders at the front counter and drive-thru, maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, follow all health and sanitation standards, and provide the exceptional service Chick-fil-A is known for.

We are currently looking for full-time, year-round Team Members who can maintain full-time availability. Team Members must be available to work a variety of weekdays, as well as both Fridays and Saturdays.

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Comfortable working in a hot, noisy kitchen and front-of-house setting
• Ability to quickly and accurately respond to order changes or special requests
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, lifting, walking, and carrying items
• Strong multitasking and teamwork skills
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
• Bilingual (English and French speaking) applicants are particularly encouraged to apply
