Team Leadership
Under the direction the Owners/General Manager and Management Team
*Supervise 5-10 people
*Train new employees and coach existing ones*Assign Positions(drive-thr,u front counter, kitchen
*Handle staffing issues and performance
*Ensuring quality within the restaurant in relations to customer service, organization and stocked product
*Guide and supervise alongside the team, not just oversee
*Handle complaints or issues that arise
*Maintain speed of service expectations
*Enforce food safety and cleanliness rules and follow all policies and procedures for health and safety compliance
*Count cash and manage tills
*Assist in scheduling and staffing
*track inventory
*Must have strong communication and leadership
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Food Safety Qualification, 2+ years experience within Tim Hortons
