JOB SUMMARY:AIIM is seeking a Large Format Print Sales Specialist to support the growth of our WallscapesCo and Mack Mediadivisions.
This is a hybrid role focused on both new business development and account growth, targeting agencies, experientialfirms, retail brands, franchises, and corporate environments.
The role is focused on delivering complete visual and environmental solutions, not just print production.
JOB KNOWLEDGE:Skills: · Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets including agencies, experiential, retail, franchise, and corporate clients · Build and grow a portfolio of accounts through strong relationship management and consistent client engagement · Position AIIM, WallscapesCo, and Mack Media as partners in delivering branded environments and large format solutions · Manage a pipeline of opportunities, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and closing· Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, production, and project management to ensure successful execution · Maintain visibility into sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics · Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and innovations within large format and experiential environments
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in large format print, signage, experiential, or a related field2. Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts3. Experience working with agencies, retail clients, or corporate marketing teams is considered an asset4. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills5. Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment6. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability7. Understanding of large format production and installation processes is an asset
