We are looking for a meticulously organized Content Coordinator who can think both creatively and analytically. Content Coordinator duties include managing an overseas written content team, implementing best on-page SEO practices, and writing, editing, and proofreading content. This is a 6 month contract with the potential of growing into a permanent position.
This is an exciting position at a fast-moving agency aimed at always delivering best-in-class marketing services, on the cutting edge.
We’re working in a hybrid model with 3 days a week in the office (including free lunches!) and we’re looking for someone who is located in or around the GTA with the ability to travel to our West End location.

Abilities & Skills
- Exceptional organization and project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple content pipelines synchronized across 20+ clients
- Strong Asana task management and workflow hygiene, including precise statuses, assignees, dependencies, and due dates
- Advanced comfort with Google Sheets for building and maintaining client-facing content calendars
- A sharp editorial eye with strong writing, proofreading, line-editing, and quality assurance skills
- Solid understanding of keyword research, search intent, on-page SEO, keyword integration, and content gap analysis
- Ability to distinguish between new blog content, content updates, and consolidations, and to execute each effectively
- Ability to write clear, unambiguous creative briefs and provide constructive, actionable feedback to writers
- Proactive problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify workflow bottlenecks early and protect deadlines
- Clear, diplomatic communication skills, with the confidence to follow up firmly and professionally with internal teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently while collaborating closely with writers, Client Success Managers, and content leadership
Excellent to Have
- Experience working in a fast-paced digital agency environment
- Hands-on experience coordinating freelance or internal writers
- Working knowledge of Semrush and keyword research metrics, including Search Intent, Keyword Difficulty, and Search Volume
- Experience with WordPress or another content management system
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and quality-scoring workflows
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in content marketing, digital copywriting, editorial coordination, or a related role
- Experience managing content through multiple stages, from keyword research and briefing to editing, approval, publishing, and final quality assurance
- Experience working in a fast-paced digital agency or similarly high-volume, multi-client environment is strongly preferred
- Own the day-to-day execution and workflow management of TOFU and blog content across a roster of 20+ agency clients
- Maintain the master TOFU/Blog Content Calendar in Asana, ensuring accurate production statuses, clear assignees, and firm due dates
- Build quarterly content calendars for recurring clients and populate client-facing Google Sheets schedules in line with established agency processes
- Schedule and coordinate freelance and internal writers, providing clear briefs, target keywords, word counts, deadlines, and supporting resources
- Track content from keyword research through writing, editing, client approval, publishing, and final live-piece quality assurance
- Route calendars and drafts through Client Success Managers, flag bottlenecks early, and follow up proactively on delayed internal or client approvals
- Review and edit drafts for keyword integration, SEO best practices, on-page optimization, AI score thresholds, brand alignment, grammar, and overall quality
- Step in to complete blog updates, content consolidations, or original pieces when production volumes spike or deadlines are at risk
- Conduct keyword, search intent, Keyword Difficulty, Search Volume, competitor, and content gap research using Semrush
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers and help keep all content deliverables moving on schedule

- Competitive base salary range: TIA reasonably expects to offer an annual base salary between $50,000-$60,000 for this role (pro-rated to contract term), with access to additional earnings via commission opportunities. The actual offer is based on experience, skills, and role alignment
