Join Our Team as a Senior Accountant
Inline Group Inc. is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our expanding organization while contributing to the implementation of a new ERP system following the acquisition of Challenger Geomatics.
What You'll Do

• General Accounting & Month-End Close – Support month-end and year-end accounting by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable – Review AP, AR, employee expenses, bank reconciliations, and cash management activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• ERP Implementation – Contribute to the implementation of Deltek Vantagepoint through testing, data validation, process documentation, and go-live support.
• Project & Entity Accounting – Assist with project accounting, intercompany transactions, WIP reporting, and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Process Improvement & Documentation – Identify opportunities to improve processes, document procedures, and support automation initiatives that enhance the Finance function.

What We're Looking For

• CPA designation (or near completion) preferred.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience in a professional environment.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and month-end close.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Experience with project accounting, multi-entity organizations, ERP systems
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
